Packing is the filling material of dynamic seal, which is used to fill the stuffing box space to prevent medium leakage through the valve stem and stuffing box space. Materials can be adjusted according to various working conditions.

Valve seal:

The sealing between the valve stem of the valve with linear and spiral motion and the fixed body is the material filled between the moving and fixed parts of the valve.

Mechanical and equipment seals:

Packing seal is mainly used for the dynamic seal of moving parts of process machines and equipment in the machinery industry, such as centrifugal pump, compressor, vacuum pump, mixer, rotating shaft seal of reaction kettle, plunger or piston rod of reciprocating pump and reciprocating compressor.
